Mr Aaradhya Dev Khanna has been a part of the company since then. Growing up in an environment where business was taken care of very profoundly, he had the privilege to learn the tactics, management skills and working of a company closely. Having much interest and hobby into reading Business Case Studies and Biographies of successful entrepreneurs which have also helped him stay focused and make a career choice in the same field. In Qualification he had completed B.Com (Hons.) from Aryabhatta College, University of Delhi & MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and Mr Khanna has also completed short term courses in Gemology, Diamond Grading, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Indian as well as international universities. Formally joined the company in 2016 he has also completed course in Effective Communication and Negotiation skills which have come handy to achieve objectives, be productive, avoid conflicts and maintain healthy relations with the team and clients with better results. On the other hand actively involving with Social Entrepreneurship Organizations has further enhanced his business skills. For now he holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer of the company. After a lot of research and putting his well gathered knowledge into work Mr Khanna have successfully revamped the online business of the company by introducing various tech innovations that have contributed highly in taking the company’s online business to greater heights.
