Mr. Pankaj Khanna is a commerce graduate from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University and Life Member of All India Management Association. He completed a Certificate Course in Gemology from Surat Gemmology Institute (Regd.) in March 1986. He is a Life Member of Indian Diamond Institute, Surat and has been authorised by Indian Institution of Valuers, Pune to use the title of "Chartered Valuer of Jewellery". He is also a Life Member of Consultancy Development Centre. New Delhi. He is the recipient of Global Excellence Award in 2018 & 2019 for his contribution to the field of Gemmology. In 2018, the award was presented to him by Bollywood Actress Raveena Tandon and in 2019, the award was presented to him by Bollywood Actress Madhuri Dixit. Through various online & offline campaigns, Mr. Pankaj Khanna aims to and has been educating people about how to differentiate between a real & fake Gemstone; what all to look out for before buying any Gemstone and how to understand the real value of a gemstone. He also has deep knowledge of Vedic Scriptures and Astrology and has been awarded in 2019 & 2022 by Amar Ujala for his contributions to the field of Astrology. In 2019, the award was presented to him by Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat who was the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand at that time & in 2022, the award was presented to him by Shri Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Aaradhya Khanna is the Director & CEO of the company. He has done his B.Comm (Hons.) from Delhi University and has done his MBA from NMIMS. He has diplomas in Digital Marketing, Gemmology, Diamond Grading & Jewellery Designing. He has seen the business from his childhood but professionally joined the business in 2016.
